Screening of Trouble the Water: 8 p.m. Friends Friday Film at Greenwich Librarys Cole Auditorium presents Trouble the Water, an award-winning documentary mixing amateur and professional footage of the approach, devastation and aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Admission is free, and doors open at 7:40 p.m.
Felix Mendelssohns Oratorio Elijah: 8 p.m. Catch this performance by the First Church Festival Chorus as part of the First Music and Arts series at First Congregational Church of Greenwich, located at 108 Sound Beach Ave. in Old Greenwich. There is no admission charge.

May Gardeners Market: 9 a.m. Check out an unusual selection of plants, old favorites and new varieties at the Garden Education Center of Greenwich, located at 130 Bible St. in Cos Cob. The market includes perennials, annuals, herbs, heirloom vegetables, wildflowers, shrubs and trees, as well as childrens activities. Admission is free.
Riverside Train Station Beautification: 10-11:30 a.m. Riverside Garden Club, Riverside Association and Greenwich Green and Clean need volunteers to plant flowers and for spring cleanup at the train station. Meet at the Station House side and bring gardening gloves and tools.
Armstrong Court Community Organic Garden Workday: 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Volunteer for the garden on its last spring workday. Free.
Diamond Hill United Methodist Church Craft Fair: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Join the church for its Spring Craft Fair, including luncheon, at 521 E. Putnam Ave.

Greenwich High School Class of 2015 Fundraiser: 2:30-6 p.m. Stop by and eat at Garden Catering of Old Greenwich on Hamilton Avenue. All company earnings will be donated to the freshman class at Greenwich High. Twenty-five percent of gift card purchases will go directly to the class. There will also be a $15 entrance fee for the Nugget Eating Contest from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Two-thirds of all money raised at the contest will go back to the freshman class. A surprise reward will be given to the contestant who wins.
