Harrison School District Grants Tenure to Teachers

HARRISON, N.Y. - The Harrison Central School District awarded tenure to 30 teachers and three administrators last month in a ceremony at the Harrison Performing Arts Center.

Principals of the six represented schools spoke to honor each of their recognized teachers receiving the award.

Harrison High School Principal James Ruck, who once acted as superintendent of schools for the Sachem School District on Long Island for 14 years, received tenure for the fifth time in his career.
